Processing time

Regular orders: Processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.
Pre-orders: If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be stated on the product page. Please note that pre-orders may take 4-6 weeks or months before shipping, depending on production timelines.

Delivery times (after shipping)

Denmark: typically 2–5 business days
Europe: typically 5–10 business days
Rest of world: typically 10–20 business days

Shipping methods

Denmark: Orders are shipped with PostNord to parcel shops
EU: Orders are shipped with PostNord
UK: Orders are shipped with UPS

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local authorities.

Tracking

All orders include tracking, which will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
